A homemade tomato sauce recipe inspired by Northern Italy
Ingredients
- 1 part of celery
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- olive oil or butter
- 500 g fresh tomatoes
Preparation
- Finely chop your celery stickcarrot, onion and make them come backr in a little olive oil. Add fresh tomatoes first peeled, seeds and cut into pieces. Add salt and pepper.
- Let it stand for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Go to the mill if you want a good look.

Homemade tomato sauce: Southern style
Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic
- olive oil or butter
- 500 g fresh tomatoes
Preparation
- Fry your garlic cloves in a pan with olive oil. You can crush them or leave them whole with their shirts on.
- Add all your tomatoes and continue cooking until it melts.
