- 2 egg whites
- 100 g icing sugar

The secret
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Froth egg whites and icing sugar (without whipping them).
Add the peanut flour and mix.
Refrigerate for half an hour.
With the rest of the dough, make about fifteen balls.
Place on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper and flatten them a little.
Place half a walnut on each ball and bake for a quarter of an hour.
Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
